When you work with Pilot & Pine, you’ll have access to our award-winning in-house building designer Andrew Milos. With over 30 years experience in the industry, Andrew is passionate about crafting home designs that our clients will cherish for many years to come.
We believe the journey is just as important as the finished product, which is why we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. We understand that just as every project is different, so too is every client, which is why we offer a completely tailored service to ensure the best result possible. By only taking on a small number of projects each year, we guarantee a highly personalised service.
We are dedicated to guiding our clients through the building process and prioritise communication at every turn. We communicate with our clients daily and conduct regular site meetings to ensure no detail is missed.
We believe a custom home should always be completed on time. We’re not in the business of making promises we can’t keep, and we never rush construction to meet unrealistic deadlines, but we can provide a date for the completion of your custom home at the beginning of the project. Our extensive experience in the industry means we can guarantee a finish date that gives us enough time to complete your custom home to the highest standard.
We believe homes should be built to last. The structural warranty on every new home we build is 12 years – double the industry standard. Our combination of high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship means we can guarantee long-standing quality and provide peace of mind that your home will stand the test of time.
