Yes! Our plans are intended to form the foundation of your new home, but are no means fixed. We work with award-winning builder designer Anthony Milos who can oversee unlimited customisations to our designs.

The first step of building your new custom home is a site visit – and it’s absolutely free, with no obligation to proceed. In a site visit, we’ll document everything you want and don’t want in your home, as well as reviewing your building conditions and block topography.
